Detective John Kimble is a tough cop trying to track down a dangerous criminal, Cullen Crisp, who’s searching for his ex-wife and young son.
The only clue: the child is enrolled in a kindergarten class in a small town in Astoria.
To find the boy, Kimble goes undercover as a kindergarten teacher—despite having zero experience with kids.

The school is Astor Elementary School at 3550 Franklin Ave, not so far away from the Goonies House.
